FIELD/PUBLIC RECORDSITUATIONS

PRIVACY · CURRENT PRACTICE

OBSERVATION MUST NOT BECOME EXTRACTION.

The public FIELD experience requires no account. The private Desk uses platform-provided identity only for editorial authorization and attribution.

01

PUBLIC VIEWING

FIELD does not currently place advertising trackers, behavioral profiles, or public account records in the application source. Hosting infrastructure may retain standard security and request logs.

02

EDITOR IDENTITY

The private Desk receives an authenticated email from the hosting platform. FIELD stores that email with editorial actions so review, publication, and withdrawal decisions remain attributable.

03

PUBLIC RECORD BOUNDARY

Public correction records identify an editorial role, not the editor's email. Source identities and protected witness material do not enter the public ledger without a reporting and consent process.
